With a jot of Latin flavor, a killer remix of Like A Prayer, and “that” version of ABBA’s Gimme Gimme Gimme, this mix is intoxicatingly volatile - be warned.
SOULFUL GLASTO DISCO
Recorded at Glastonbury Festival’s infamous Deluxe Diner, this set kicks off with reworked vintage cuts from Sly Stone, WAR, Marvin Gaye, and Teddy Pendergrass, and embarks on a sweaty odyssey through the soul of disco, before depositing us in the hands of pop gods Fleetwood Mac, Paul Simon, and Prince. That was a good night.
